Refund & Returns Policy

Hollywood Peptides strives to ensure order accuracy and product integrity. The following policy explains the conditions under which replacements, refunds, or store credit may be issued.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a problem with the shipment. This includes damaged items, incorrect products, or missing items.

Please email info@hollywoodpeptides.co and include:

• order number
• description of the issue
• clear photos of the shipping package and product labels
• photos showing any damage (if applicable)

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

• the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition
• labels and packaging must remain intact and undamaged
• the product must not have been altered, reconstituted, or tampered with
• the request must be approved by our support team prior to returning the item

For safety and product integrity reasons, opened or used research materials cannot be accepted for return.

Return Authorization

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and ensuring it is returned in its original condition.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Hollywood Peptides is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• opened or used products
• products returned without authorization
• items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• items reported outside the required notification window

Fraud Prevention

Hollywood Peptides reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or repeated claims inconsistent with shipping documentation.
